LED COMPONENT GUIDE

Receiver Card and Sending Controller Compatibility

A card swap can affect the whole display even when the hardware fits the cabinet. Verify the control path from video source to module before changing parts.

Receiver Card and Sending Controller Compatibility

Identify the control platform

Record the sending device and receiver model numbers together with the configuration software and firmware references. A receiver should be chosen within a compatible ecosystem.

Calculate the actual loading

Confirm cabinet resolution, the number of cabinets assigned to each port and the resulting pixel load. Keep the approved port map with the installation record.

Check the HUB interface

Compare the receiver output and HUB-board pin mapping. Document cable direction and connector orientation before disassembly.

Protect configuration data

Where available, back up mapping and calibration files before a replacement. Test one cabinet and verify the display pattern before extending the change across the screen.

Check a part for your own screen

Send the sender model, receiver card label, cabinet resolution, HUB board photo and any saved mapping files. We can use them to review the control path before a card is changed.
